All the items listed on my website (excluding the custom option) should be my actual stock levels available, so your items will be dispatched within 5 days of receiving your order. I will always try to dispatch sooner than this. If for any reason I am unable to send out your items within this time I will contact you via email or text.

 

Occasionally an item may show as in stock on my website when it isn't; this can occur if an item sells that I have sold elsewhere e.g at a craft fayre before i can update my website stock levels.

I try to keep my postage costs low, and if you spend over £60 you will receive free postage. I will usually send everything out as 2nd class, if you need something sent out sooner please message me before you place your order. If a larger order is placed a courier may be considered.

Returns.

If for any reason you wish to return your items, please contact me asap. You must do this within 14 days of receiving your item/s.

You then have 14 days to return the items back to me in their original condition, at your cost. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to protect them during transit.

​

Any items which have been made to a custom size are not eligible for returning.
