Why Sustainability Matters

At Charlie Rose Clothing, nothing goes to waste if I can help it. Each piece is handmade including the use of fabric remnants and off-cuts that might otherwise end up in landfill. That means your little one gets something truly unique — and the planet breathes a tiny sigh of relief.

I am all about slow fashion: thoughtful, playful, and made to last. No mass production, no hidden nasties — just colourful clothes sewn with care in my little home studio in Cornwall.

Because small choices add up — and I believe every scrap counts.

Scrap Couture: One-of-a-Kind Sustainable Kids Wear

Come and explore a world of colourful treasures, each handmade and including fabrics from the leftover scraps of past collections — because nothing good should go to waste.

Every piece is totally unique, designed with care and packed with personality. By choosing these eco-friendly creations, you’re not just dressing your little one in something special — you’re helping to give fabric a second life and supporting slow, sustainable fashion.

Small choices. Big impact. Beautiful clothes with a story to tell.

Need a Custom Size? Just Ask!

I know that not every child — or grown-up — fits neatly into a standard size guide. Bodies are wonderfully different, and clothes should fit comfortably and confidently.

If you need a specific size, longer legs, roomier waists, or just something a bit different, I’m always happy to help. Most styles can be made to measure — just pop me a message and we’ll work it out together.

Because handmade means made for you.

Made by One Pair of Hands

Hi! I’m Sarah — the maker behind Charlie Rose Clothing. I sew every piece myself, often with the help of my cat Lottie (who mostly supervises).

I started this little business to bring bright, joyful clothes to life in a more sustainable way.
